“The Ways of Flowers & Arranging”

Directed Study | Fall 2022
I worked one-on-one with a design professor at Auburn University to create something I was interested in exploring: how print can overlap with motion graphics. This guide is a short booklet giving tips on gardening and flower arranging for Bramble & Wild, a small floral business located in Frome, England. It would be given to customers with a purchase to encourage the growth of floral beauty in the city.

Four spreads use the app Artivive. When hovering a smartphone over the page, the page comes to live showing a video along with music. Hand drawn details were created on Procreate. Paper type: Neenah Environment Papers “Birch”

Project was made while attending Auburn University.

To create interest to the simplistic cover, I added a real eucalyptus sprig sealed with wax. The 3D effect makes the guide come to life and makes it highly unique.
